But you've missed the profit margin. It's about 1.5% between the revenue and cost. That margin should be much higher. They need JV to do more long term contracts (more profits) instead of short ones. After Enron fiasco, we had RRI restating earnings, then AES Bolivar currency problems. AES is looking to dump assets on the cheap along with Calpine and others. Just a few worries to sort out.
