I think the gig is up for dividend income, cash flow investing. You guys don't know what is going to hit you in the coming years.

Where this market is ultimately headed is deflation, much lower prices.

The whole thesis behind dividend income, cash flow investing will be destroyed by this longer term bear.

That's not to say there won't be very nice 20% bear market rallies along the way. Expecting one shortly in a couple of weeks provided I see SPX $3200-$3300 first.
