John: Sure it was in fact ~ a net loss but basically it was flat ( <.01> ). One cannot take the 12 month earnings and divide by the CURRENT no. of shares...just take the 1st 3 Qs (.26) and add/subtract to that...That gives us trailing earnings of 18...Each Q is distinct into itself regarding share count... Took me a while to figure that out too.... Later, Roger
