That just ain't gonna happen... The president's decisions and actions, as long as they not criminal such as burglary or something like that, are NOT and are NEVER subject to judicial review... The Supreme Court already said exactly that in 1946 when the lunatic democrats tried to stop Truman from enacting the Marshall plan...
