Chief - I share your frustration. I deal with a small office - About 5 order takers - They all know me and they know I rime off the order in the order they enter it. It always the same and they know to repeat it back quick and that it never varies as I speak fast but clear and concise. because they all know me it is generally done quick. On OSF I got in 12 seconds before the offer was taken out that I wanted. and the next offer was way up. It turns out I still could have got it later as another bid came in. In your area I would think you could find a smaller office to trade our of. WE should have preferred stauts
