LOL!! hang the governors, past and present, tar and feather the legislature, and burn the power distributors at the stake. Yeah, I think that pretty well covers it! It will be entertaining to watch the above try to escape any connection to this mess at the next election. Gov. Wilson, on whose watch this mess actually was built, is out of office, so he will be harder to nail. It's quite encouraging and heart warming to see conservatives and liberals come together on a single issue. Brings a tear to the eye. Yeah, I just burst into tears from the feeling of brotherhood. :-;
