Hi Mac! I'm still in TVL and still getting my ass kicked. I don't think you will see to much more upward movement in GLCP until they come out with some positive quarterly reports or announce some new contracts. And I don't think you'll see any new contracts unless it's overseas. From their last press release, " The Master Distribution Agreement makes SmartCash ATM, LTD., the exclusive distributor for the Check Central Automated Check Cashing ATM in the United States and Canada. The Agreement provides that in addition to its initial 1999 order, SmartCash ATM is required to order 1,200 Check Cashing ATMs in the year 200 and 2,000 Check Cashing ATMs in the year 2001 to maintain their exclusivity." So they can't sell to anyone else.
Granting a company the right to be the exclusive distributor for your product in North America is like putting all of your eggs in one basket then asking someone else to run with it for you. I just hope they don't trip on the way. But who knows, this 1200 units in 2000 could turn into 12,000.
I also hope they stick with this product. When I got involved with this company they were trying to sell air link systems to utility cos., and before that they were involved in real estate properties (I read that on this thread) But this new management so far has done everything they said they would do. So just like TVL, I'm long on this one too. If it kicks my ass, well.. I already got callouses.
