Hi Joe I am sorry I don't have answers to all your questions, but maybe Buddy or someone else care to answer them. I know the private placement has been closed and the company collected $120,000 (I think) and David Stone contribution was disallowed by the VSE. Anyway, David Stone said that he will loan the company the rest (somebody on the thread wrote that). The money collected will be used for promotion and office expenses. The money needed for future drills will come from flow through shares. Maher
