Rob:

The relatively small float could explain some of the price swings in the stock. It doesn't take much buying or selling to move the price.

As far as the warrants go, they represent a significant potential source of funding that could be available to the company if the warrant holders exercise them. I don't own any warrants, so I don't follow them. You can contact the company directly and get more information on the warrants.

SLCK will remain relatively undiscovered until the company can land some more strategic partners. They already have deals with McGraw-Hill and John Wiley, but need more partners to get "brand name" recognition. Their new CEO brings some marketing expertise to the company and we should see the benefits soon (hopefully).

One thing to keep in mind about SLCK is that they have developed a proprietary "enabling" technology that can be used by companies that want to sell content on the Internet without worrying about someone pirating their copyrighted products.

The other thing to keep in mind is that the ".com" phenomenon is real and here to stay. We are witnessing a new way of doing business.
