OEM design cycles in the PC industry are typically < 6 mo. Chips' devices
are largely pin compatible with each other. The PC industry is highly
cost sensitive, which means that inventory turns are fast. There is
no real reason why a (working !) new Chips component can't be validated
and be in volume production in < 6 months.

So, assuming the integrated memory component has no major bugs (!),
there should be an upturn in CHPS revenues in calender Q4 (and
possibly a downturn in NMGC !).
