A: MSFDC doesn't disintermediate Banks or Billers and their customers: a Biller's customers remain the Biller's customers; a Bank's customers remain the Bank's customers. In fact, Banks and Billers like the idea that MSFDC is largely invisible to their consumers, much like the post office is today. EBPP helps Banks and Billers get closer to their customers." I guess not they said 'Billers' not 'Banks' You have to think about it, but those 2 paragraphs say alot, if they mean what they say, if you know what I mean.....
