Angler:

The Nasdaq is oversold. I look for a short term rebound. There are several factors favor the tech sector:

1. Many foreign countries have good economic and strong demand for US products, especially the high tech products.

2. A rate increase in a tight labor market will hurt tech sectors less than other sectors. Automation is a major factor in keeping the costs low.

3. Many companies will need new hardware and software. For example, I have cable modem at home but during certain hours the transfer rate is low. That means large bandwidth will create demand for more servers, routers, and switches. Many companies are having big trouble with enterprise software, then they need to fix or switch to new software.

I am moving back to tech funds this morning.
