ERICY will never give in. Will never negotiate becuase it is the end of the road for them and they know it. They are using every button they know of on this planet to fight this case and some. You can bet the farm that they have got the Swedish Government to row as hard as they cna and they in turn have got the EU rowing in the same boat. The EU had better or the Swedes will start wonderinng why on Earth they ever agreed to joing the EU in the first place. The only thing these people will understand is a good old US court and a nice decision in favout of the Q. That IMHO is the only way this thing will very get resolved and it will be resolved that way. May take a year or so but thats the way its got to be. Regards, L
