Another issue re: the INTS I2O announcement

The INTS I2O press release said: "While the embedded industry's previous I2O RTOS entrants have strictly supported Intel's i960 processor,..."

Maybe the INTS PR guys oughta read this thread to keep up with the latest developments! ;)

(Nasdaq:WIND) and Digital Equipment Corporation (NYSE:DEC) today announced that Wind River will support Digital's I/O platforms -- the SA-110 processor and 21285 core logic chipset. A license for Wind River's IxWorks(TM) I2O(R) real-time operating system (IRTOS) and a 30-day evaluation of its Tornado(TM) for I2O development environment will ship with Digital's family of I2O-based products. This new agreement will expand the availability of the basic building blocks for developing I2O-ready servers and adapter cards. "
