Marie, I believe secondary will be completed within two weeks. Then we will see KE reach into his bag of magic announcements and make those institutional big boys DAMN GLAD they bought IOMG on the secondary!!! Until then, expect volitility and the sight of stupidbears mauling the bird feeder. When they are full and broke, convinced it is safe to hibernate, we will once again embark on the hunt!!
