Duke, I see 'pay for performance' is still alive and well <ggg>. I saw that piece in today's NY Times. I've been known to be more than a bit cynical, but look at Capellas' track record. He gets millions from Compaq to buy stock which promptly goes from the 22 level he bought at to less than half that, and Compaq 'forgives' that loan. Sells Compaq near it's lows to HP, and now gets THREE YEARS pay and bonus to jump to another job with HP stock in the dumper and the firm losing market share left and right to Dell. Don't you just love it... I still thank the lucky stars that I sold this stock a couple years back when it jumped into the 40's briefly.

Best regards,
John
