i would not want open access to drugs. It is bad enough now with drug abuse, having it available to public certainly would spread abuse.

Abuse does not have to intended rather it can be quick dependence. same as alcohol. Many have just one drink and cannot stop drinking. many die from alcohol abuse, we just had a kid at local college overdose alcohol 3/4 of fifth of gin and his heart stopped or his breathing stopped. the mind shuts down and your functions shut down.

ps the smart folks got out of new orleans and will not return.
