Squetch, You want scientific papers or press releases? Andy's Handy Dandy Medline link yields a couple of highly technical in vitro papers on VX-710: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov ncbi.nlm.nih.gov while the VRTX site has the press releases on the preliminary PI/II results: vpharm.com The summary seems to be that there are or will be by the end of 1997, at least four PII trials of VX-710 in progress to evaluate efficacy. As to the status of VX-853, I believe that it is still in PI/II clinicals, though this could be outdated since the last info I have on this is March '97. Hope this helps, biowa
