The time component of a call and put can change just because of volatility and supply/demand for the option...the higher and faster an underlying stock goes up the more likely the stock will come down at some point...ie the puts will not be cheap...in addition no one knows when the short squeeze will be over and therefore the calls will also carry a large premium!
