Unanimity of Supervisory Board 16:10 [MNNSY,VOD] UNANIMITY OF MANNESMANN SUPERVISORY BOARD AT ODDS WITH SOME PREDICTIONS Seems to me the whole supervisory board gave Essler's ass and ego a big kiss. Question: If Mannesmann is worth as much as they are touting how come investors throughout the world valued Mannesmann at about 150 euros before the takeover attempt? Answer: Mannesmann's management does not have a high growth strategy and is suffering from delusions. Enough of my comments on to the shareholder vote...I will be voting my Mannesmann shares to Vodafone.
