I'm starting to feel like the worst is behind us.

Some mistakes were made and TLTK lost approximately $6 Million in revenue for last quarter. Hopefully, they have spread their business among several carriers as they have suggested. Based on last quarters revenues and the "restructuring" statement issued two months ago, I'm not at all supprised by the NI for the quarter. If the statements by Ted Mayer are true and TLTK is achieving record revenues, then all of our questions regarding the price of this stock will be answered on/about October 25th.

I can't believe Ted would be leading people astray. What purpose would it serve? I'll become concerned if TLTK does less than $20 Million for the 1Q 97. If they do $25 Million we will be on track for a very nice recovery with this stock.

I haven't bought or sold a single share since March. But if I had to predict the direction by year end, I'd have to conclude that TLTK has significant upside potential. Unless something extraordinary happens, I believe the future is bright and we may finally get back to TLTK's stock pricing rising with their press releases and financial statements just as it did earlier this year. I must admitt that his stock has tested my patience over the last 6 months.

IMO

Jim
