I find it somewhat strange that Krauthammer used that quote. "All Gaul is in three parts."
I know why he used it - I just find it so superficial.

Caesar became absolutely murderously ruthless when he finally decided to take on France and Belgium.

Caesar won pushing the Roman empire to the Atlantic, but I don't think Krauthammer meant that to be our tactic. And let's not forget the final outcome for the Romans. Surely we do not want to go there.
