Please get a clue. Not that there is much of a chance of that. Socialism is an economic system. While there is a large degree of synergism between politics and economics, it isn't a requirement. Socialism does require quite a bit of central control, so a pure democracy probably won't be socialistic. But we don't have any pure democratic countries. FWIW, by definition, we don't have any pure libertarian countries either.


And most of the countries they call socialistic like France, Germany or Sweden.....are not.......not in the purest sense of the word. They are capitalist democracies with some socialistic components. Otherwise, it would be very unlikely that we would have an IKEA or an Alatel or a Siemens to name a few companies from those countries.

These guys get pumped full of schiesse from their rightie pundits and then they come on this thread spouting it out like its the truth.
