Not true. Primary weakness is US consumer market. Yes, AMD is more exposed but let's try to be a little accurate. Also, flash is a large part of AMD revenues and an even larger part of profits. Why ignore that? Especially when people never fail to ignore lot of Intel's doomed diversification efforts?

That is true but the more recent data indicates growth in both these markets is slowing down because of dotcom bust.
