herman, I have heard a lot about the cook method. I ordered all his matl' today. I'll pull the good out and dump the rest. He has a incorporation strategy that might be good for me. I have a lot of profit and about 6k of yearly expenses that it might be good to look at and do taxes both ways. The MM took over today with ROST.
