There have been encouraging signs recently, statements and hints from various DR personalities, also the correlation with Barrick's tails permit appear fairly clear, they have to get theirs before we get ours, and they almost certainly have a drop-dead date by which they must get it, or shut down PV ... but there have been encouraging signs before, and then nothing ... so while i think we get it eventually, and we may very well get it soon, it's plainly not a good idea to bet the rent money, or hold your breath waiting on Agnico's chance to get their sixty cents back
