i2 Tech discloses Siemens dispute in 10K (00C0) 4.92 +0.17:

In Monday's 10K filing, ITWO disclosed in its risk section that "Siemens has asserted certain claims against us regarding issues they claim to have experienced with respect to some of our software products and services" - the Siemens deal was big news in Oct 2000, and this appears to be new information. ITWO has already been under pressure this week after announcing a Q1 revenue shortfall on Tuesday.
