CYMI may run up before, after or both. Run-ups before are typically in anticipation of a positive presentation and subsequent press - this is what William was referring to previously (somewhat similar to the saying "buy on rumour, sell on fact".)

However, as Taylor pointed out, due to recent events there is still a cloud clearing over CYMI. The conference will provide another opportunity to present the true case for CYMI and clear any lingering concerns. If followed by additional recommendations and/or institutional interest, the run-up may happen after.

In my opinion, I think the market is digesting CYMI's recent upward surge, and is waiting for another catalyst to start the next run. I think the conference will be it and the run will happen directly after the conference or the morning of. Either way I don't care if it is before or after as long as it happens. Good Luck and "may the fours be with you." (as in forty-four, the price after the conference)
