I wonder if the Globe got it right and "preys" is in actual complaint? Now that would be something to use at trial! FWIW, I had a beer with patent attorney last night and asked him about this suit. He did not seem to think much of it. He said SOP for this sort of thing is a countersuit and then settlement with cross licensing agreements and maybe some cash. Injunction? Very doubtful.
