How can they issue Innovacom a Patent like that? this is the U.S. government's infringement on the entire digital video set-top business. it's an outright cry against companies like CUBE and scientific atlanta. OK, so previously they were designing set-top boxes for "single-purpose" usage, such as direcTV, digital cable, etc. now, all these dudes have to pay Innovacom liscense fees? this is outrageous. even tho I'm not bullish on CUBE, this still pisses me off.
