al,thanks,and you are right,I'll give a call Monday and post what I find out.I know you have spoken to them before,could you suggest who would be best suited to answer? Mr Kenosen(?)?..TIA DD PS: I am tired of the fighting,I will attempt to take a more neutral position,especially in my inquiries..My new US Robotics 56K modem is working like a charm,anybody want to buy a Zoom V.34? My ears are still popping from my trip down of the mountain into the city<lol>
