Brian, Open it with windows imaging and save it as a JPG... it will be small enough to send. If you have to ,reduce the quality to black and white/mono... I will garauntee it will be small enough. And if you have the original it DOES NOT MATTER if it ends up in court.... as far as being guilty; at this point you have accused someone of wrongdoing... prove it... it's the net, man. seeing is believing. words are cheap. accusations can fly from anyone's keyboard. this trash belongs off of the internet. -maouse ps. alternately you can try to scan it at 120dpi, which is about what most faxes do anyway... this will reduce the overall size as well.
