Problem with being "timed-out" can be attributed to fact I was using AIQ's Data Transfer Utility at the time (simualtaneously) to convert TC2000 data. This is a processor intense procedure even at 32-bits using dual processors. <g>

Acquistion is now normal. Chart looks very interesting on quick glance.
