You misinterpret my posts to make your own points. My positions have been very clear.

Bringing democracy to Iraq is a worthy goal and I've been wishing for our best success. You and the other liberals have been wanting to bring our troops home asap, before the job is finished.

It is completely logical and consistent to say the above as well as that Bush is poor at execution.

For example:
1) I agreed with Bush's tax cuts to stimulate the economy. I disagreed with his execution that cut so much in taxes for the rich.
2) I wanted off the oil dependency, but invading Iraq was a good second choice. What was clear was that something needed to be done. However, Bush's execution in Iraq has been piss poor. As a result, it has cost us more money and more lives than necessary.
3) I agree with penalizing France and Germany for their obstructionist tendencies, but disagree with his overt snubing of them. I would have been all smiles publicly and put the screws to them under the table. Always leave your opponent with a way to save face.
4) I agree with the need to fix medicare for our parents, but disagree with the corporate pork bill Bush put together.
5) I completely agree with privatizing social security, but I disagree with turning it into a 401k or embarking on a complete dismantlement of SS, which is what it looks like Bush is trying to do.

Are you starting to get the picture? What's funny is that you liberals on this thread (tejek, John, Alighieri) are trying to do to me, exactly what Bush did to Kerry. Kerry GOT the subtleties of things. He was also smart enough and a good man enough to vote for something (money for Iraq) and then not vote for it a second time (a second appropriation for Iraq), when he felt that Bush was botching the job. Bush crucified Kerry for changing his mind, because Bush knew that it's easy to sell simple politics to the masses.

Kerry, however, was the better man, because he understood that being a good leader means constantly re-evaluating your position based on new information. He also understood that it is possible to agree with a vision in principle, but wholeheartedly disagree with the manner of its execution. That pretty much summarizes my entire view of Bush.
