Glenn,
When I read your first post regarding the 200,000 share trade I assumed that you were expecting that this is the beginning of the short sales as a result of new Reg-s/d shares. But your subsequent post seems optimistic that this trade is unrelated to any Reg-s/d activity.

Palermo stated on 6/25 in Carlsbad that he would decide on whether to issue more shares in 10 weeks. That would put the beginning of new shares after 9/3. Do you think that the trade could have been a short sale by somebody looking to acquire some Reg-s/d shares?
