What you fail to understand is that the expenses I mentioned are one time expenses. I don't think they will be moving again in the next few quarters. Litigation expense may decrease subtantially when the Mitsubishi suit is over. You have to factor out one time expenses to get an accurate measure of company performance. You're right, I'm disappointed with the recent performance, but I'm still sitting on a 58% gain. I bought in real early and I'm still waiting on the BIG pay day! Why don't you have a name?
