Curtis, I'm not sure from your message what information I could supply to help you here. From your posts to me and others of late February, I see you favorably inclined to have taken USi's proposal, and still critical of "management". We have been trying, with my postings and our press releases, to give you and other investors as much information as possible on what we are doing to position PSINet consistent with the direction I have explained. It is my personal hope that many are starting to understand. I do not, however, attribute the recent stock price rise to any one thing. dnk
