GZ, once you convert a *.doc [or any other word processor file] to *.pdf, anyone anywhere can read it and it will not change its formatting. But you need the FULL Adobe Acrobat program [not the AA Reader]. I use AA daily to 'save' web pages and other items. AA acts like just another printer.

At online auctions AA may be cheaper.
