Re: Here's proof no default judgment was ever entered by Judge George

On 1/19/99, Gary Dobry wrote this to Tonto:
now that we have WON & the default judgements were signed off by judge george, the stock cancelled & the freeze soon to be lifted there is no more reason to do battle with these fbna penny stock bashers.
Looks like that default judgement was news to Judge George, as two weeks later it's obvious he was still confirming AZNT had even filed for one:
4 THE COURT: Okay. Well, there's several other 5 things. A default has been taken against Defendant 6 Andy Mann, as well; is that right? 7 MR. LANDISH: Shoreline and Whitecliffe, 8 your Honor. That's correct. On, I believe, December or 9 January 14th, default was entered with respect to Mr. Mann, 10 Whitecliffe, and Shoreline. 11 THE COURT: Okay. And no one is here representing 12 any of them, I take it. And Mr. Touton, I guess this was 13 pretty much by stipulation -- 14 MR. LANDISH: That's correct, your Honor. 15 THE COURT: -- has been dismissed. And there are 16 some procedural questions that need to be addressed. I 17 wonder if in the course of things it may be better to 18 address those first or if everyone feels to go ahead. How 19 long is it going to take you, Mr. Landish, to present what 20 you wish to?

Additional comment for Antisense: How many times have we told you the difference between a default and a default judgment? Now we have court documents that prove you were wrong once again. Maybe next time-- not!
