I'm giving up on downloading Drive Image 4.0 from Amazon.
I've Emailed them almost every day, they've gotten back
to me 4 times telling me to try things I told them I all ready
tried in my initial inquiry. Their support staff didn't even read
through the history before replying. I'm faxing them the
paperwork to get a refund now and definitely will not myself
nor recommend downloading software from Amazon.
