I think you are on to something about GIFS acquiring MTCI which is trading on NAsdaq ( probably by offering MTCI shareholders GIFS shares like they offered IMXS shareholders). Then, GIFS may not have to struggle to be listed on NASDAQ. MTCI needs lots of cash and GIFS can provide it. Michael Edison from GIFS became the new CEO of MTCI a few days ago. Some sort of merger will be ideal for the future of both companies and the doubts about GIFS will come to an end after that. I am long on GIFS with 3,200 shares adding on as I get low today's price.
