Your last two posts to me are inconsistent and contradictory.
If you had sixth grade reading comprehension you might have understood my sentence. "I usually do not respond to what others may or may not have learned in school in regards to reading and writing". Since you apparently misread it, I'll explain: I usually don't respond to what others have learned in school. How is my saying your post was long winded making a comment about what you learned in school? It is a comment about your writing style and I admitted to having the same fault by saying that your's are almost as long winded as my own. Anyone who was even somewhat secure would have recognized that as a lighthearted joke. But not you, you respond to every comment that might be considered criticism with a full fledged rant, as you did with the post I originally responded to. One would have to conclude you are either very insecure or simply sporting for a fight.
You state I do not 'follow logically' in my arguments. Yet you understood
I understood after shoveling through all the excess in your post. If I'm going to work that hard to read something I at least want to be rewarded with some sort of unique insight which requires that many words to demonstrate. I reduced your run on to a single sentence which contains the entire thought, which, BTW, is far from original.
No, I do not lean on any ellipsis of false hope, and I am certainly NOT looking for anyone to 'fill in the missing words'
Before you dismiss my criticism as rubbish you might want to check out the proper grammatical use of the ellipsis and count how many times you used "..." in your response to my previous post.
Shall we use swords, knives, or pistols ?
Congratulations, you can do it!
Words are the only weapons here, they are the stock and trade of a written forum. But, as I suggested earlier, there is little profit in pointing out what others may or may have learned in school in regards to reading and writing. The reason this is so is that someone with poor reading comprehension won't understand the criticism, as you've clearly demonstrated to anyone who has the patience to have read this far in the thread. |
