I prefer ikebana to judo.

Irwin Jacobs has some past history that is highly questionable. He's implicated in military-industrial complex work which makes him susceptible of being considered a war criminal. However, he was one of the first fourteen U.S. CEOs who have complied with Harvey Pitt's mandate to have CEOs sign off on their bookkeeping. Too early to tell which loophole Jacobs has figured out how to jump through. I'll keep my eyes open for restatements, prevarications, distortions and dissembling down the line. Of necessity, Jacobs won't be sharing information about the real set of books that he has to turn in to the IRS. He'll just share "charitably" if not equitably anything that the SEC demands. What a precious term, when Harvey "kinder and gentler" Pitt uses it.... <g>
