That's a NO WIN situation. Spitzer wanted illegals to get licenses so the state would have SOME way to keep track of who was whom. Clinton said she agreed because she actually "understood" the difficulties that the states are dealing with. The state of New York probably has a MILLION illegals and there ain't no way in hell that they can really do anything about it until the Federal Government gives them the some sort of leadership and CASH. johnflipflopper....let's say that some Illegal rammed into your car. Would you rather that the guy had a license and some proof of insurance or would you rather just end up standing there yelling, "Illegal, illegal, illegal"???
