People should pay to vote! But you can vote. Only those who own a citizenship should be allowed to vote. <I regret I have not been able to vote in NZ elections recently - NZ does not appear to provide the facility of Absentee Ballot.>

You can download the form via CDMA2000 1xEV-DO in the USA even if you are out and about. Print it and post it at a Kinko place.
