The third emerging alliance is BRICS - Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa. The newly formed Russia-China alliance provides Putin the necessary critical mass to move ahead and formally create the BRICS alliance. Bush is certainly reshaping the world... What's the last new "alliance" the US has established? More importantly, how many former American allies are forming new alliances? Slowly but surely, we are being isolated in the world.
