Zeev To me serious institutional buying means that an institution adds company to its portfolio. You can call CDA Investment Technologies 1-800-232-6362 or 1-800-854-2532 which tracks instituional 13 (F) and (G) filings. The IPM faithful have been following these reports and I know they have shown increased institutional shareholdings. I would consider Allen & Co to a premier institution which every company would desire as a shareholer..
