Although I think that the "silence" speaks volumes. Jean Belanger is no
dummy regarding the way the market works and he will ensure that any
announcements will be optimally timed.

I understand that the application has been made to NASDAQ and that it
will likely be approved and ready ± early to mid April. A fear is that
the players in the States may beat up the stock and drive the value down
given its actual earnings. (± $0.08/share) does not justify the current
share value.

The traders in the States may force the value down in order to get a piece
of it. Consequently, I figure that any imminent announcements may be held
in order to offset any downward pressure that may be encountered with
the NASDAQ move.

Then again....what do I know? It just seems to be a logical way to handle
it. If you have any other perspectives I'd like to hear'em. I've held the
stock for 2 years (since day 1 of trading) and I am in for the long haul.
