(NewsTraders) -- Two ITC DeltaCom Inc. (ITCD) insiders registered a total of 400,000 common shares for sale, according to Form 144s released today by the SEC. Edith Carroll Lanier registered 200,000 shares for sale with a market value of about $3.7 million. The H. Russell Lester III & Elizabeth L. Lester JTWR also registered 200,000 shares for sale. Both filings indicated the intention to sell the shares on 10/23/98 through J.C. Bradford Co. on the NASDAQ market. There are about 51,240,000 ITC DeltaCom shares outstanding. No details concerning the relationship between the two filers and the company were disclosed.
