I had some good questions asked to me tonight by Falcon...and I thought I would post them here....Falcon, I have checked my "off the cuff" figures to you, and have made a couple of corrections...
How many restaurants do they have,
Currently have 4 operating in Dallas Metroplex.....had a 3 more prototypes in East Texas that they have sold...These were only built, basically to test marketing concepts before they moved to the "big city" --- 2 in dallas are still Fresh N Lite's ....The newest is a "Street Talk Cafe" and one Fresh N Lite is being changed over to a Street Talk, and should re-open in Mid July.
how long have they been operating,
The company started in 1987 or 88 as "Boskos 3 n 1 delites"...Changed the name to Fresh N Lite, Inc. in 1992...about the time that I bought in. I believe all future restaurants, will be named "Street Talk Cafe"....but the company, at least for now, will remain Fresh N Lite, Inc.....The company is fully reporting, you can look them up on edgar or yahoo....The same people that started it 10 years ago, are still there!!!! That a BIG ++++++
what kind of restaurants????
They are very nice, upscale, full service,,great food, low fat (but you would never know it....Read Tods comments on this thread...he visited the newest "Street Talk Cafe" in Richardson, on 6-22-98!! Look a bit like a Chili's ....but nicer, all brick front....
Any current earnings .
They have been earning for a while....I believe last quarter was about .06 per share.....That will increase quickly though, as they have the capital in place to build 10 more restaurants....Have made offers on 4 pieces of property in the last couple weeks.
****Correction: I checked and 1st quarter '98 was .033 per share.
Influx of capital was from a 3 Million funding from a group of private investors...."Some friendly folks who invest 3 million into each of 50 companies with Nasdaq Potential every year" Wouldn't it be nice to join that group :)

Am sure this will increase, as they believe they can provide for future expansion, after these next 10 are built out of profits...
They have started leasing the land/structures (built to their specs)
*****There is a great advantage for restaurants to do this(leasing), as start up costs are cut by 2/3's .....about $250,000 instead of $750,000 per unit. Each of the 4 Dallas restaurants, are averaging around $3-5000 per day Gross, and gross margins are at around 70% and net for first quarter was 10%....but this will improve with more restaurants in the area. They have done traffic, location, and wealth studies, and believe that the DFW metroplex can support about 20 restaurants...I believe the plan is to move next to Austin...etc.
and finally what is the consensus of stock potential for FLTT?
Of course that is anyones guess....FLTT is close to the NASDAQ....may be as close as a couple days away...If we get there, we should see $6 pretty quick..IMO....Getting off this BB is a big step....and It's very tough to do, only a handful of the 6000 companies ever make it each year. I have heard and seen MGMT's goal....and it is to have a $25 stock in 2-3 years minimum.

Also, I believe some restricted shares (about 300,000 worth) will come "on line" in September....after that, we are about a year away until the next ones go "off restriction"
I will take out my Annual REport, and Type up some Good DD --- ASAP
